Common questions

Can you handle scanned or photocopied BQs?

Yes — that's our specialty. Most tender BQs in Malaysia arrive as scans of photocopies. Your figures are placed precisely on the scanned page, right-aligned like they were typed there — and a person checks every page before it leaves.

Do you decide the prices?

Never. You supply every rate — we do the filling, the arithmetic and the checking. That means no pricing conflict and your commercial strategy stays inside your firm.

How do I pay?

By DuitNow — when your filled BQ is ready, we send a DuitNow QR in the same WhatsApp chat. Once payment is received, the document is released to you. First document per firm is the RM50 intro price; standard rates apply after that.

What if I need changes after I receive it?

Just reply with the change — “change PDA to 10k”, “reduce all rates 5%” — and a corrected PDF comes back, usually within the hour.

What about provisional sums, PC sums and dayworks?

Carried exactly as the tender issued them — provisional sums, PC sums, contingencies and dayworks are entered as stated, rate-only items are filled rate-only, and preliminaries are filled as the lump sums you give. Only your rates go in; nothing is invented.

The BQ came as an Excel file — can you return it in Excel?

Yes. If the employer issued the BQ in Excel, you get it back in the same Excel with the workings intact, plus a PDF copy ready for submission.

What if the scan is unreadable or the deadline is too tight?

You'll know within 30 minutes of sending — no charge. We only take a job when we can hit your deadline.

What trades do you cover?

We launched with piling and foundation works (bored piles, micropiles, driven piles) — the domain we've priced tens of millions of ringgit in. Other trades are onboarding progressively.
